 Sweeper Parts Downey - Downey is a prospering city situated just five miles from Orange County in Southern California. It currently has a population of about one hundred ten thousand individuals who live in the city limits. The economy of Downey is strongly based in retail and residential development, allowing the people of Downey to take advantage of quality housing. The city is presently going through two redevelopment projects, and developing the former NASA industrial plant site.
The objective of the city is to convince quality, new companies to construct within the city, maintain the ones they already have, and to be able to provide infrastructure upgrades. Recently, the California Business Magazine ranked Downey as among the top 25 percent of the best places to do Business within California. The City does it's best to recruit commercial businesses to help ensure that it continues to have a solid sales tax base.
